and Final Sale Policy

These Terms and Conditions govern sales made through the Zinice Créations website. By making a purchase, you fully accept the conditions set out below.

1. Company Information

Zinice Créations is a company specializing in the design and sale of artistic clothing and accessories, including unique creations and customized pieces.

Each piece may include handmade elements, making every creation unique.

2. Shipping Areas

Zinice Créations offers shipping:

  • within Canada

  • to the United States

  • and worldwide to any location with an operational postal service

Shipping is available only to addresses served by recognized postal services.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed after full payment is received.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Canada: 1 to 4 business days

  • United States: 5 to 7 business days

  • International: varies depending on destination

These delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are:

  • the responsibility of the customer

  • calculated at checkout

  • clearly displayed before payment confirmation

These fees are non-refundable.

5. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For orders shipped outside Canada:

  • customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply

  • these charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer

  • these fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country

Zinice Créations is not responsible for these charges.

Customers are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of their country.

6. Product Inspection and Quality

Zinice Créations applies a strict quality control process.

Each item is:

  • inspected before shipment

  • checked for quality and finishing

  • carefully packaged

Due to the artistic and handcrafted nature of our creations, slight variations may exist and are considered part of the product’s authenticity.

7. Final Sale Policy — No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

All sales are final.

Zinice Créations does not accept:

  • returns

  • exchanges

  • refunds

This policy is justified by the:

  • artistic

  • exclusive

  • and often unique or customized

nature of our creations.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy.

8. Shipping Liability

Zinice Créations is not responsible for loss, delays, or damage caused by:

  • postal services

  • shipping carriers

  • customs

  • weather conditions

  • or any circumstances beyond our control

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for transportation is transferred to that carrier.

9. Accuracy of Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • full name

  • complete address

  • postal code

  • country

  • contact information

Zinice Créations is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By making a purchase through the Zinice Créations website, the customer confirms that they have:
