These general terms and conditions govern all purchases made through the Zinice Créations website.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
These terms are subject to all applicable consumer protection laws and do not limit any rights that a consumer cannot legally waive.
2. Company Information
Zinice Créations specializes in the design, creation, and sale of artistic clothing, accessories, handmade creations, and customized pieces.
Many of our products are handmade, individually crafted, customized, offered as limited editions, or created as one-of-a-kind pieces. Slight variations in color, texture, pattern, finish, or appearance may therefore occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade and artistic products and contribute to the unique character of each creation.
3. Product Descriptions and Images
Zinice Créations makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colors, and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
However, colors may appear slightly different depending on the customer's screen, device, display settings, or lighting and photographic conditions.
Minor variations resulting from the handmadel or artistic nature of a product are not considered defects.
We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, available measurements, materials, and other relevant information before placing an order.
4. Price and payment
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.
Full payment is required before an order is processed.
Payments are made using the secure payment methods offered on the website.
Zinice Créations reserves the right to correct any typographical error, pricing error, product description error, or other inaccuracy appearing on the website.
if an error concerns an order that has already been placed, Zinice Créations will notify the customer and, where applicable, offer the customer the option to confirm the corrected order or cancel it.
5. Shipping Areas

to the United States
Internationally, where reliable postal or courier services are available
Shipping may be limited or unavailable to certain destinations due to carrier restrictions, customs requirements, or other circumstances.
6. Order processing and delivery times
Orders are processed after full payment has been received and confirmed.
Estimated delivery times after shipment are :
Canada: approximately 1 to 4 business days
United States : approximately 5 to 7 business days
International : delivery times vary depending destination
These delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee.
Delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
7. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
8. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
For orders shipped outside Canada, the customer may be responsible for the following charges :

Other fees imposed by the destination country
These fees are determined by the customs authorities or service providers in the destination country and are outside the control of Zinice Créations.
The customer is responsible for complying with all applicable import laws and regulations in their country.
9. Inspection and quality control
Each item is carefully inspected before shipment.
We take reasonable measures to ensure that each product meets our quality standards and is properly packaged before shipment
Due to the handmade and artistic nature of our creations, slight variations may occur. They are considered part of the character and authenticity of the product.
10. Final Sale Policy Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Unless otherwise provided by applicable consumer protection laws, all sales are final.
Due to the handmade artistic, customized, made-to-order, limited edition, and/or 0ne-of-a-kind nature of many of our creations, Zinice Créations generally does not accept:

Refunds
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product descriptions, measurements, materials, colors, and other product information before placing an order.
This final sale policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to a customer under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Defective, Damaged, or incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective,damaged upon receipt, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact Zinice Créations as soon as possible and preferably within seven (7) days of delivery.
Please provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and, when relevant, its packaging
We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable laws and the circumstances of the order.
Nothing in this section limits the rights or mandatory rights or remedies provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Customized and made-to-order products
Customized, made-to-measure, and made-to-order products are created specifically according to the customer's requests.
Once production has begun, such orders generally cannot be canceled or modified.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements, personalization information, colors, sizes, names, addresses, and other information required to complete the order.
Zinice Créations is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
13. Order cancellation
For non-customized products, a cancellation request may be considered if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered production, has been customized, or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Any cancellation or refund remains subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
14. Delays, loss, or damage during shipping
Zinice Créations carefully prepares and packages each order before shipment.
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, its transportation is handled by the carrier.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Zinice Créations is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transportation and beyond our reasonable control.
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, we will provide reasonable assistance to the customer in communicating with the carrier and, where applicable, filing a claim.
15. Accuracy of Customer information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

Zinice Créations is not responsible for delivery problems, delays, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Additional shipping fees may be charged if an order must be reshipped because of incorrect information provided by the customer.
16. Intellectual property
All content published on the Zinice Créations website, including photographs, product images, designs, artwork, logos, text, graphics, and other original elements, belongs to Zinice Créations or is used with permission.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written authorization of Zinice Créations, except where permitted by law.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zinice Créations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts, or limits any liability, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. Events beyond our control
Zinice Créations shall not be held responsible for delays or the inability to perform its obligations when caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, government measures, service interruptions, or any other unforeseen event.
19. Applicable law
These Terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Quebec and by the applicable federal laws of Canada .
Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
20. Modification of these conditions
Zinice Créations reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and conditions from time to time.
The version published on the website at the time of purchase applies to the relevant transaction , subject to applicable laws.
Customers are encouraged to review these conditions before finalizing their purchase.
